Like all the other blog's recipe, the chocolate mousse must comply with pleasure no guilt standards: meaning, compatible with dieting, sport nutrition plans, fitness needs, diabetes or just healthy life style in general. Easily verified and we largely adopted it for our no guilt pleasure. And here we go, one more delicious dessert to delight your days and shows stars in your eyes.

Chocolate mousse is classic timeless dessert. And if on top of it, we can arrange it in a way to fit healthy dieting for specific nutrition plans like sport, fitness, bodybuilding, diabetes or just part of healthy life style, then we are all good to enjoy it more and more for a long time as part of our healthy nutrition habits.
Chocolate mousse with no added sugar recipe
Opt for a 70% or 75% dark chocolate as they are very low in sugar and a low GI as well. You can mix different chocolates if needed, just keep in mind that the whiter it is, the higher the sugar level is. As an indication: 7.7 Kcal / 10 g of chocolate mousse, this to help you to decide about the serving quantity.
Ingredients
For our recipe we need:
200g 70% dark chocolate
3 egg whites
20 cl milk cream 30%
3/4 drops of lemon juice or a pinch of salt
Preparation
Melt the chocolate and let it cool.
beat the egg whites with the drops of lemon juice or a pinch of salt until stiff and set them aside.
Whip the cream until it becomes like whipped cream texture.
Once the cream is whipped, add the egg yolks, and continue to mix for 1 min or 2 so that the yolks are well incorporated.
Add the melted chocolate and mix to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Once everything is well mixed, stop the beater or your robot then incorporate the egg whites in small batches (in 3 or 4 times) delicately to keep the incorporated air .
Serve in ramekins or small glasses or... then put in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours minimum.
