How to make Diet Chocolate Brownies WITHOUT ADDED SUGAR with 3 ingredients

Very easy to make. Delicious, Quick to prepare and no bad surprises possible. At #lifefood2023, we opted for the 50/50 version. 50% of the preparation with walnuts for a classic brownie and 50% with grated coconut for a bounty version. There is no reason not to vary the pleasures. This cake, a traditional one, has been made dietetic thanks to 70% dark chocolate and by eliminating the sugar from the recipe, we also melt the calories. Ideal for a healthy lifestyle, athletes, sport, fitness, diabetes and weight loss

You can experiment with other nuts such as pecans, add a touch of vanilla or coffee... to enhance your dessert a notch above.

Ingredients
4 eggs
200 g of dark chocolate 70% or 75%
80 g of crushed walnuts
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 160°c (320° F)
Melt dark chocolate
Eggs, separate the yolks from the whites
Once cooled, add the melted chocolate to the yolks and mix well
beat the eggs white with 3/4 drops of lemon juice or a pinch of salt until stiff
Gently incorporate the two mixtures
Add crushed walnuts (or grated coconut for a bounty style) then mix
Put it in the oven for +/- 30 min
