Before getting started, i would like to thank the author of this recipe that use often to enjoy a great dessert with no guilt and a huge pleasure !
Here is one of the unmissable desserts ... The meringue, BUT without sugar, delicious, healthy, simple, and MAINLY it is 45 Kcal in total (for the 3 eggs recipe). Your insuline won't spike as usually do with sugar ... Isn't it fantastic ?
ONLY ONE INGREDIENT and an electric mixer to get the job done for a huge moment of pleasure right after with no guilt, no worries and no risk of any calories excess.

It goes without saying, this dessert suits all the family members, it will fit any sport, bodybuilding or fitness nutritional plans as well as dieting people or diabetics or just people with healthy life style taking care of their nutrition scheme.

Ingredients
3 (ou 6) eggs white
50g (or 100g) of stevia
2/4 drops of lemon juice (or pinch of salt)
Optional: Flavor of your choice (vanilla, strawberries, banana ....)
Preparation
Preheat the oven at 120°c (248° F)
Separate white and yolks
Add some lemon juice drops or a pinch of salt
Add Stevia
Optional : Add the flavor
beat the egg white until stiff
Shape your meringue with a piping bag ou a big spoon
Put them in the oven for 1h
Let them cool down
Bon appétit and enjoy
This dessert is very useful when craving sweet sugary food. Indeed it fades the craving away ! Exactly as we like at #lifefood2023 ... diet, simple, delicious and it does great job.
