Really surprising ... TWO INGREDIENTS ONLY. Simple things work perfectly !


Easy and delicious, this bread can easily replace your day to day bread with some extra good benefits:

  • Easy preparation

  • Only two ingredients

  • No floor

  • No gluten

  • No sugar

  • It takes 5 min of your time

This is perfect for anybody exercising, dieting, diabetic or has gluten or just anyone with a healthy life style or shaping up his/her body.


Let get started ? PSYLLIUM Bread, easy, tasty and ready in 5 min


Preheat the oven at 170°C (338° F)


Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs

  • 20 g of Psyllium

  • 1 tea spoon of cake yeast

  • Pinch of salt

  • 250 ml of hot water

Preparation

  • For a soft bread, with an electric mixer, mix the eggs with the pinch of salt until it increases the size and becomes clear yellow full air of bubbles.

  • Add cake yeast

  • Add hot water

  • Add the psyllium and mix delicately

  • Let the mixture rest for 15 min

  • Shape your bread: Options : one bread or 2/3/4 small breads. This is your choice, small ones are handy. soak your hands with water while manipulating the mixture. But, don't squeeze, just shape the bread delicately to keep the air inside for softness.

  • Use a baking paper and put it in the oven for 20 min
